Full Stack DeveloperLead architect and sole engineer delivering company-wide core HRMS platform and browser extensions.
- Independently architected and developed the company’s HRMS end-to-end, delivering the initial production release in 4 months across employee onboarding/offboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, documents, reimbursements, and asset management.
- Replaced a manual two-way attendance process – biometric punch-in reconciled by hand against Razorpay Payroll – with a single automated attendance-to-payroll workflow inside the HRMS.
- Designed a hierarchy-based access system (Employee, Manager, HR, Admin, Finance, Super Admin) with advanced ABAC permissions.
- Built a document-template generator (variables + letterhead) that auto-generates employee PDFs on selection.
- Built and maintain Teacher Dekho (teacherdekho.live), a multi-role EdTech marketplace, and contributed full-stack work on Zonet Tech (zonettech.com).
- Developed the Flipshope browser extension plus 5 additional Chrome/Edge extensions (including Hyyzo), and implemented DigitalOcean Spaces for direct-to-cloud employee-monitoring screenshot uploads.
